Sewing and crocheting were my first fabrication hobbies, both learned from my Mom. I sew my own clothes now as well as some home dec projects, a set of boat cushion covers and, several car projects.! I've crocheted a lot of cute baby stuff for friends and family and recently made a couple of scarves for my Ebay store, .

These were all made for the same baby. The blanket and white hoodie are both crocheted out of acrylic yarn. The bunny sleeper is fleece with felt inner ears and a ribbn tie at the neck.

Here are a few dresses I've made for myself. The first two are based on photos found in magazines. I made the pattern in addition to sewing the dresses themselves. The third one started from a pattern but was altered to fit and had several details changed.

I made the square beanbags for extra seating in my tiny basement apartment. They're good foot rests and, with a book on top, function as coffee tables, too. I filled them with packing peanuts. Reuse and recycle!

I made the paper star for the same apartment. The star is great for having soft, diffused light.

I made a shift boot for Chris as a Christmas present and he liked it so much we decided to modify the Pantera to use a shift boot instead of a shift gate. Now we've got a few friends interested, plus I want one for the Miata!

I've got an industrial sewing machine on order. Expect pictures of a totally redone Pantera interior soon!

Christine got a bug to start knitting scarves so I started an Ebay store, Auger Resources, for us to sell them on and crocheted a couple of scarves myself. Here are the ones Christine made.
This is a fiberglass piece that creates storage space in the engine compartment of the Pantera. It was covered in a hodge podge of pieces of shaggy old carpeting. I stripped the old stuff off, made a paper pattern from the fiberglass piece, and cut and glued on new, short nap, black carpeting.
